This policy applies to visitors of livingwellwellness.com and to patients of Living Well Wellness at our Daytona Beach and Fern Park locations. It does not apply to unrelated third-party websites you may reach through links on our site.
We keep this simple by design: this website has no contact form. Every phone number is a real phone line, and every email address is a real inbox — when you tap a link here, it opens your own phone or email app, and nothing is transmitted to us until you actually send it. Whatever you choose to include in that call, text, or email — your name, your reason for reaching out, anything else — is the information we receive.
Once you become a patient, your provider will also collect the clinical information needed for your care, consistent with standard medical practice.
We use your information for one purpose: taking care of you. That means scheduling your visit, preparing for your appointment, and delivering the service you came in for. We are not in the business of selling data, and we don't hand your information to outside companies so they can market to you.
Clinical information you share with our providers is safeguarded under HIPAA. If your care involves our opioid addiction therapy program, those particular records carry an even stronger layer of federal confidentiality — 42 CFR Part 2 — which limits how substance-use treatment information can be shared beyond what HIPAA alone would require. Two outside services help this site run: Google Fonts supplies our typography, and Google Maps powers the embedded maps to each office. Loading either one can share basic technical details, like your browser type, with Google — that's simply how those services function. We don't run ad-tracking scripts, and we don't sell or share browsing data with advertisers.
