We offer medical marijuana card evaluations, opioid addiction therapy (Suboxone/buprenorphine), medical weight loss (Phentermine, Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, and Retatrutide), testosterone therapy, peptide therapy, B12 injections, drug screening, and Direct Primary Care.

Both locations are open Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 4:00pm, for both in-office and telehealth appointments.

Yes. Telehealth is available for eligible services and follow-up visits, including weight loss follow-ups, Direct Primary Care, and medical marijuana renewals. Qualifying opioid addiction therapy patients may also be able to start the program via telemedicine, with an in-office visit required within 30 days of the initial telemedicine consultation to continue treatment.

If you'd like to fill out your paperwork ahead of time, just ask our office and we'll get it to you. If your first appointment is a telehealth visit, we'll email you the forms you'll need to complete prior to your visit — completed forms can be emailed to info@livingwellwellness.com or faxed to 407-393-5586. Beyond that, requirements vary by service — for example, a medical marijuana evaluation requires a valid Florida ID or proof of Florida residency and medical records showing your qualifying diagnosis.
