Medical Marijuana
Medical marijuana is now available to full-time and part-time Florida residents.
We are dedicated to our patients and their health, which is why Living Well Wellness offers medical marijuana card certifications to qualifying patients*!
Come meet with our certified medical marijuana doctors and visit us at any one of our Florida locations:
Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach or Fern Park.
*In order for you to qualify for a medical marijuana card in the state of Florida,
you must be diagnosed with one of the following conditions, and have medical history from a prior physician showing the diagnosis:

Cancer
-
Epilepsy
-
Glaucoma
-
Positive status for Human Immune Deficiency (HIV)

Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS)
-
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
-
Anxiety
-
Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) or Lou Gehrig’s Disease
-
Crohn’s Disease
-
Multiple Sclerosis
-
Parkinson’s Disease
-
Chronic Nonmalignant Pain
We can diagnose anxiety or PTSD in office.
You may also qualify with:

Medical conditions of the same kind or class
-
Terminal conditions diagnosed by a physician
Once you've met with our cannabis certified physician and qualified as a candidate, we will handle all of the necessary paperwork on our end to get you entered into the state's Compassionate Care Registry so you can start receiving your medication.
Our medical marijuana program is $150, and you are required to visit the office once every six months to consult with your cannabis certified physician.
Additional costs will include the medication itself, which varies in price, and a $75 fee online to the Florida Dept. of Health. You can access the Florida Department of Health Medical Marijuana website at https://mmuregistry.flhealth.gov/ and login to your online account, in addition to answers to any questions you may have in regards to current Florida Medical Marijuana laws and regulations.
*Please note that you will need a Florida ID with your current address listed on the ID or you will need a lease with a Florida address listed on the lease to qualify for a medical marijuana card in Florida. If you are taking the anxiety or PTSD questionnaire the $50 fee for the questionnaire will be assessed at the time of your first visit.
