We are dedicated to all aspects of our patients and our community's health, which is why we offer COVID-19 testing!

 

At this time we are performing rapid antibody, antigen and RT-PCR COVID-19 tests. 


Daytona Beach Testing Hours are 10am - 4pm Mon. - Fri. walk ins and appointments 

Fern Park Hours Testing Hours are 10am - 4pm Tue., Wed. and Thur. walk ins and appointments and 10am to 4pm Mon. and Fri by appointment only and the appointment needs to be made at least 24 hours in advance.



YOU MUST ARRIVE WITH A MASK ON AND LEAVE IT ON THROUGHOUT YOUR VISIT, UNLESS NOTIFIED OTHERWISE BY OUR TEAM.

 

 

 

Rapid RT-PCR Nasal Swab Test with QR Code (Test Used for Most International Travel. Check with Your Airline to See If a QR Code is Required on Your Results)


Will detect if you have been infected with COVID-19 within a few days.
Results can be used for work, international travel, or peace of mind. 
Results provided within 1 hour by email. Please note that when booking this test online through our website the last appointment time is 3pm due to the time to takes to run the test and get the results to you. The cost of the test is $175.

Rapid RT-PCR Nasal Swab Test without QR Code (Test Used for International Travel)

Will detect if you have been infected with COVID-19 within a few days.Results can be used for work, international travel, or peace of mind. Results provided within 1 hour by email. Please note that when booking this test online through our website the last appointment time is 3pm due to the time to takes to run the test and get the results to you. The cost of the test is $150.

Rapid Antibody Test (Finger Prick Test)


A simple finger prick test that only takes 10 minutes and will let you know if you have the antibodies for COVID-19 or if you have been exposed 5 to 7 days ago and are now infected with COVID-19. You will receive printed results that you can use for work, travel, or your own peace of mind.
The cost of the test is $75. 
Results are provided in office within 10 min.

 

Rapid Antigen Test (Nasal Swab Test)


This is a nasal swab test similar to the PCR test that only takes 15 minutes and will let you know if you were recently exposed to COVID-19 within a few days and are now positive.  You will receive printed results that you can use for work, travel or your own peace of mind.
The cost of the test is $125.
Results are provided in office within 15 min.
